From the first conversation to the end of the night
Before the event
It starts with a first conversation, in person, by video call or by phone, to understand your event, your audience and the atmosphere you want. We then draw up a tailored quote.
On the day
Welcome drinks, cocktail hour, dinner, dance floor: we cover the whole event, or only the moments you choose. Sound and lighting are sized for your venue and your number of guests.
With live musicians
If you wish, a saxophonist, percussionist, guitarist or vocalist plays alone or in dialogue with the DJ.

A team of DJs, sound and lighting
We work with a team of DJs with varied musical worlds, selected to guarantee the same level of service. If we are already booked on your date, or in case of an emergency on the day, one of them steps in with our equipment and under our name.
Sound and lighting are part of the service, sized for your venue: clear, balanced sound, and lighting that reveals the place without overpowering it. Seminar room, château or boat, we always respect the venue’s rules, sound limiter included.

Your questions about corporate events
What kinds of corporate events do you cover?
Seminars, galas, year-end parties, product launches or client evenings: each format has its own rhythm, and we build the music and lighting programme accordingly.
How far in advance should we book?
There is no minimum notice, but the earlier you book, the better your chances that the date is still available. And if we are already committed that day, our team of DJs can step in under the THIBAULT L EVENT name, with our equipment and our standards.
Can we choose the music?
Of course. You tell us the atmosphere you want, the tracks or styles to favour and the ones to avoid, and we build the programme with you, from the welcome to the end of the night.
What does a performance include?
Every performance is tailored: sound and lighting suited to your venue and number of guests and, if you wish, live musicians (saxophone, percussion, guitar, voice…) who play on their own or in dialogue with the DJ.
Do you travel outside Bordeaux?
Yes — across Nouvelle-Aquitaine, throughout France and Europe. Travel, equipment transport, accommodation and meal costs are built directly into the quote.
How much does a service cost?
We don’t work from a price list: each quote is tailored to the date, the venue, the hours and length of presence, the equipment needed and the number of guests. Get in touch for a personalised quote.
