These terms govern the use of the thibaultlevent.com website, published by Thibault Lagrabette, sole trader, trading as THIBAULT L EVENT (full details in the Legal notice). By browsing the site, you accept these terms.

1. What is this site for?

This site presents our services (DJ, sound, lighting, live performances, artistic direction) and lets you send us a quote request. It does not allow you to order or pay online.

A service is only agreed once a quote has been accepted by both parties. It is then governed by our Terms of sale. The descriptions on the site are given for information only and do not constitute a firm offer.

2. Access to the site

The site is free to access, in principle 24 hours a day, except for interruptions for maintenance, breakdown or force majeure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, videos, logos, graphic elements and structure of the site are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, performance, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission is prohibited.

Some images or videos may be credited to their authors. Their rights are also protected.

You may share a link to the site. You may not reuse our content for commercial purposes without prior agreement.

4. Use of the contact form

You undertake to provide accurate information and to use the form only to contact us about an event. The following are prohibited: automated submissions, unlawful, abusive or advertising content, and any attempt to disrupt the operation of the site.

Your data is processed as described in our Privacy policy.

5. Liability

We take care to keep the published information accurate, but cannot guarantee that it is entirely free of errors or omissions. We cannot be held liable for:

  • a temporary unavailability of the site;
  • the content of third-party sites to which the site links (for example Instagram);
  • damage arising from the use of a faulty device or connection.

The site may contain links to third-party sites, whose content we do not control. You visit them at your own responsibility.

8. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of difficulty, please contact us first at contact@thibaultlevent.com to look for an amicable solution. If you are a consumer, you may also use, free of charge, the consumer mediator whose details appear in the Legal notice. Failing an amicable solution, the competent courts are those determined by the ordinary rules of law.

9. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, on the date shown at the top.
